The Winery
Eden Canyon is located in Paso Robles, California, and was founded by the Villamin family, originally from the Philippines. Their farm was planted in 1996 mostly to Cabernet Sauvignon with a little Syrah and other varietals. Unfortunately, the same year they planted, the vineyard was destroyed by a fire, Undaunted, the family decided to replant and go ahead with the winery. Today they produce about 2000 cases of wine a year from their own fruit.
