Bercher Spatburgunder Dry Gutswein 2015 (Pinot Noir)
Matured in large wooden barrels and used barriques. This makes the wine more substantial and aromatic, without dominant wood! In the smell of cherries and red berries. Pleasantly balanced with juicy length and already rounded tannins.
Family with tradition: The Bercher family has been practicing viticulture for 300 years, which they still manage from the same farmhouse. The success of this house is 22 ha of stocked vineyards in the best locations of the Kaiserstuhl. The calcareous, mineral-rich loess soil provide ideal conditions for growing Burgundy varieties. The use of environmentally friendly technologies, rigorous quantitative limits and great oenological skills complete this success. The high quality standard across the entire product range makes it easy for us to deepen our offer of Bercher wines.
